Stereo Photo – Rocks and Tree

Rocks and Tree - Stereo photo to be viewed cross-eyed

These are some rocks in a nature preserve south of Corona, California, that I photographed a couple of years ago while visiting family. Being east of L.A., most of the area is semi-arid. There is a dry stream bed running through one part of the preserve and the sub-surface water supports some larger trees. The most interesting features of this area are the large rocks./p>

These stereo images were produced with a single camera, an Olympus point and shoot, using Kodak 100 ASA print film. The resulting 4 x 6 prints were scanned with an HP 4470c scanner.
