This is a detailed view of the left side of view F, and shows the western or upper end of Tanner Canyon as seen from Navaho Point. The light is beginning to fade as the sun sets, casting long shadows on the landscape. The Colorado River is seen in the center of the frame. The view is to the north east looking over the eastern flank of Cardena’s Butte toward the Palisades of the Desert at the far upper right.
