This view is taken from near Navaho Point looking roughly north. The Colorado River can be seen at the bottom of the canyon and Tanner canyon is in shadow in the center part of the view. By this time it had gotten quite chilly and the light was getting low, both impediments to good picture taking. The left and right halves of this photograph appear as enlargements in views H and I, H being the left side and I being the right side.
